2. Create a sense of belonging by instilling family values and implementing employee wellness activities like:

— Team exercises like stretching

3. For recruitment, provide a ‘light at the end of the tunnel.’ This can come through:
— Mentorship
— 1:1s
— Professional development
— Mapping their career and succession plan
