Last week, Larry gave two speeches to eager hospitality crowds in the Italian cities of Rimini and Riccione for Hospitality Day on October 7, 2015.

His first speech was titled ‘In Search of Hotel Excellence’ and discussed how hoteliers can make their properties better by adopting the right attitude and by learning from leaders in the industry.

Larry’s second speech was about the future of Hotel-OTA relationships with specific tactics that properties can take to mitigate these ever-evolving conditions.
